Join our Ethics & Business Integrity Teamas a Data Analytics Intern and help future of data-driven decision making at this dynamic uncover meaningful insights, collaborate with PowerBI developers to create the implementation of analytics solutions across the organization. You'll also play a key role in fostering a data-driven culture through community engagement and change management initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

Data Analytics:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions
• Identify connections across different datasets
• Support PowerBI development teams in building actionable insights
• Assist stakeholders in translating data analysis requirements into actionable insights

Project Management:

• Support the coordination of data analytics solution implementations across the organization
• Help track project milestones, deliver with documentation of project requirements and outcomes

Change Management:

• Support data analytics community and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives with organizational change initiatives related to data-driven decision making
• Help promote the usage of data-driven insights among EBI teams
• Support the development of training materials and participate in sessions to enhance data literacy

About you

• Education: Active University student studying in Czech Republic
• Availability to work maximum 20 hours per week
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and methods BI and data analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills
• Languages: Fluent English and Czech will be an advantage
