Main responsibilities

• Deliver collections management services to SBS

• Review AR ageing reports

• Perform collection & dunning

• Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process

• Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility

• Perform daily task of blocked order release

About you

Experience

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) preferably in the field of finance

• Min. 25 -hour availability/week

Hard and Soft Skills

• Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally

• Good communication skills

• Attentive to customer needs and feedback

• Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

• Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines

• Attentive to detail and work with precision

• Action oriented, delivery driven

Education:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status)

• Min. 30 -hour availability/week

Languages

• Fluent Greek language skills are essential for this position

• Intermediate English is a must, other skills are an advantage
