Über die Stelle
Werde Teil unseres Dermatologie-Teams, welches die Versorgung von Menschen mit Immundefekten, seltenen Krankheiten, Krebs und neurologischen Erkrankungen revolutioniert. Im Bereich Specialty Care unterstützt du bei der Bereitstellung bahnbrechender Behandlungen, die Patient*innen mit höchstem medizinischen Versorgungsbedarf Hoffnung schenken.
Für unsere Unit Dupixent Dermatologie suchen wir eine*n engagierten und erfahrenen Außendienstmitarbeiter*in, die/der das Gebiet 407 (Augsburg · München · Kempten · Günzburg) strategisch weiterentwickeln möchte. In dieser anspruchsvollen und vielseitigen Position verantwortest du die Vermarktung von Dupixent in unterschiedlichen dermatologischen Indikationen und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Etablierung unserer Therapieoptionen bei medizinischen Fachkreisen.

Deine Mission.
Als Teil unseres hochspezialisierten Außendienstes liegt dein Fokus auf der zielgerichteten Beratung von Fachärzt*innen und medizinischem Fachpersonal im Bereich der Dermatologie – für aktuelle sowie zukünftige Indikationen.
Deine Aufgaben
Aufbau und Pflege von tragfähigen Kundenbeziehungen zu Dermatolog*innen in Klinik und Praxis
Eigenständige Gebietsplanung und Umsetzung eines individuellen Businessplans in Einklang mit dem nationalen Brand Plan
Vermittlung der medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Inhalte und strategischen Kernbotschaften zur Festigung und zum Ausbau der Marktposition und Wettbewerbsdifferenzierung
Unterstützung bei der Identifikation geeigneter Patientengruppen und Diskussion praxisrelevanter Einsatzmöglichkeiten – stets im fachlichen Austausch mit den behandelnden Ärzt*innen
Initiierung, Organisation und Durchführung von lokalen (auch digitalen) Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
Repräsentation von Dupixent und Sanofi auf regionalen und nationalen Fachkongressen
Effektive Zusammenarbeit im crossfunktionalen Team (u.a. mit Regeneron, Business Relation Management, Medical Scientific Liaison)
Entwicklung lokaler Netzwerke in enger Abstimmung mit medizinischen und strategischen Funktionen
Nutzung digitaler Tools und Omni-Channel-Möglichkeiten im Sinne der Kundenbedürfnisse
Kollegiale Zusammenarbeit im regionalen und im Zentrumsteam
Bereitschaft, sich in neue Indikationen einzuarbeiten und aktiv zur Marktentwicklung beizutragen
Über dich
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung:
Naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung gemäß § 75 AMG (z. B. geprüfte*r Pharmareferent*in)
Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Außendienst, idealerweise mit dermatologischem Fokus
Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten:
Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
Starke Kundenorientierung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
Ziel- und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln mit verkäuferischem Geschick
Souveränes Auftreten und ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten – auch digital
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Plattformen
Fähigkeit, sich schnell und fundiert in medizinische Inhalte einzuarbeiten
Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- & gute Englischkenntnisse
