Our Team:
The Marketing Lead holds a pivotal position in orchestrating a dynamic, collaborative, innovative and cohesive cross-functional brand strategy across multiple countries within the assigned/prioritized geography to establish a strong market presence and driving growth.
This role demands a broad perspective, deep understanding of diverse healthcare systems, and the agility to adapt strategies to suit various market needs and regulatory conditions and influencing with an inspirational leadership.
Main responsibilities:
- Launch Excellence: Execution of the local strategy for the launch of specific TA/assets, by implementing the launch excellence framework at a local level, incl. definition of the critical success factors, pre- and post- launch KPIs (in line with the Glocal framework) and timelines to ensure timely and successful preparation and execution of the local launch plan. Working with cross-functional teams to localize and implement must-do launch activities.
- Strategic Brand Management: Leading the brand plan strategy with glocal & transversal approach focusing specifically on meeting the needs of healthcare ecosystem professionals and patients, adapting to the competitive and environmental landscape, and leveraging segmentation and targeted communication to achieve strategic brand objectives, ensuring the brand’s value proposition is clearly communicated and understood. Define the most appropriate communication strategy with each target specialty, defining and managing the A&P budget, coordinating with the commercial team and Customer Engagement Manager the implementation of marketing strategies, ensuring in coordination with the access area the inclusion of new therapeutic indications or products assigned to the basic panels of public and private institutions, coordinating with the demand planning area the sufficient and timely supply of the products.
- GtM Strategy: Responsible for identifying the best GtM Mix (Field Orchestrator – GtM1, Peer to Peer- GtM2 and Pure Play-GtM3) working at cross functional level to guarantee brand performance.
- Segmentation and Targeting: Lead the segmentation of the market and identification of key targets, deploying tailored strategies and messages to engage each segment effectively, with a focus on maximizing impact and brand loyalty.
- Correct positioning of the brands: guarantee multichannel content, messages, materials, tools, events, etc. aligned to the cross-functional brand strategy to provide guidance and definition to achieve results.
- Forecasting Accuracy & Performance Tracking: responsible for forecasting sales with accuracy and hasing; tracking and monitoring of monthly sales; A&P spend and accurate execution.
- Forecast Accuracy: Prepares annual sales forecasts, reports, and budgets, sets business targets for the product(s) and ensures that sales targets are achieved by supporting sales team.
- Healthy financial organization: Guarantee the optimal use of resources for the brand achieving the financial targets established.
- Mapping Potential: Organize projects and activities and prioritizes efforts such that markets or customers with largest commercial potential receive appropriate attention.
- Performance tracking: Establish a standardized performance evaluation model for all countries to identify main makers and breakers and key reasons behind the results, with clear KPIs.
- Supply Chain and issue resolution: Work closely with Supply Chain and operational teams to forecast and address any product supply issues promptly, implementing solutions that minimize impacts on customers.
- Developing business control: design models during operation to detect deviations and be able to implement actions that mitigate risk.
- Environmental and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the healthcare environment and competitive landscape across different markets, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage and compliance with local regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Access, and prioritized countries to ensure that engagement strategies complement and amplify brand strategies, align with the overall objectives, promote agility, and change course when needed.
- Investment optimization: Look for synergistic actions and brand campaigns across all LATAM countries, maximizing impact and optimizing resources. As well as A&P Distribution and follow-up.
- Adopt digital transformation and Agile methodology to accelerate & scale -up new operating models.
About you
- Experience:
- Seasoned professional with strong brand management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and the healthcare ecosystem is essential.
- Proven ability to develop customer engagement strategies with a digital, omnichannel, and go-to-market focus is highly valued.
- Experience in delivering launches. Preferred successful global launch experience in Specialty / Rare disease.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish, reflecting the multi-country responsibilities of the role.
