As an intern within our Virology Platform, you’ll contribute to the understanding of molecular details of viruses to aid in vaccine design. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of techniques for virus samples suitable for cryo-electron microscopes with a focus on purity and stability 
• Help maintain detailed records of the experiments
• Collaborate with the virology team as well as the larger R&D environment during regular presentations
• Contribute to bibliographic and scientific reviews to keep up-to-date with the latest literature

About you

• Soft and technical skills: good communication, team spirit, analytical thinking. Experience in a laboratory
• Education: bac+5 in microbiology, biochemistry, virology
• Languages: English fluent, French intermediate

Principales responsabilités :

• Participer au développement de techniques pour les échantillons de virus compatibles avec la cryomicroscopie électronique avec une emphase sur la pureté et la stabilité  
• Aider à la rédaction détaillées des rapports d’expériences
• Collaborer avec l’équipe de virologie ainsi qu’avec les autres équipes R&D lors des présentations
• Contribuer à la veille bibliographique et scientifique pour rester à jour avec la littérature

À propos de vous

• Compétences techniques et relationnelles : bonne communication, esprit d’équipe, esprit d’analyse. Expérience en laboratoire
• Éducation : bac+5 en microbiologie, biochimie ou virologie
• Langues : anglais courant, français intermédiaire
