El equipo de Government Affairs en Sanofi Iberia juega un papel fundamental en la configuración del entorno de políticas sanitarias. Trabajamos para garantizar que nuestros medicamentos innovadores lleguen a los pacientes mediante la construcción de relaciones sólidas con gobiernos, organismos reguladores y autoridades sanitarias. Como parte de nuestro equipo, contribuirás directamente a impulsar políticas sanitarias que beneficien a los pacientes en España
Principales Responsabilidades
Relaciones Institucionales
Gestionar relaciones estratégicas con ministerios de salud, agencias regulatorias y autoridades sanitarias regionales
Representar a Sanofi ante organismos públicos y administraciones autonómicas
Monitorizar cambios legislativos y regulatorios que impacten el negocio farmacéutico
Defensa de Políticas de Salud
Desarrollar estrategias de advocacy para promover políticas favorables al acceso a la innovación terapéutica
Participar en consultas públicas, grupos de trabajo y foros de salud
Colaborar con asociaciones sectoriales (Farmaindustria, EFPIA, etc.)
Colaboración Interna
Trabajar con equipos de Market Access, Legal, Compliance y Medical Affairs
Asesorar a la dirección sobre el entorno político y regulatorio
Apoyar en la preparación de posicionamientos corporativos ante cambios normativos
Acerca de Ti
Educación y Experiencia
Titulación universitaria en Derecho, Ciencias Políticas, Relaciones Internacionales, Farmacia o similar
Mínimo 8-10 años de experiencia en Government Affairs, preferiblemente en sector salud o farmacéutico.
Experiencia demostrada en relaciones institucionales y advocacy
Soft Skills
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia
Capacidad de networking y construcción de relaciones a alto nivel
Pensamiento estratégico y visión política
Discreción y manejo confidencial de información sensible
Orientación a resultados y proactivida
Technical Skills
Conocimiento profundo del sistema sanitario español y portugués
Comprensión de procesos legislativos y regulatorios en salud
Experiencia en pricing, reimbursement y políticas de acceso al mercado
Fluidez en español e inglés (imprescindible);.
