As Head of Legal Manufacturing and Supply - Industrial Network and Compliance within the Global Legal Manufacturing and Supply and Procurement team, you’ll help optimize the Manufacturing and Supply industrial network which delivers 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, optimize supplier relationships, manage third party risk and support smart spending. The team is heavily focused on transformation, so there will be lots of opportunities for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.

About the role

·Strategic business partner and central legal leader to Global Engineering team across the Manufacturing and Supply industrial network

·Strategic business partner and central legal leader to Global Supply Chain driving optimized ways of working in support of trade compliance, M&S audit, M&S cybersecurity and crisis management

·Collaborate closely with colleagues to drive projects related to transformation of the Manufacturing and Supply industrial network including those related to capacity, investment, strategic sourcing, smart spending, collaborations with external partners and optimized risk management

·Lead a team supporting quality and compliance, environmental, sustainability, health and safety, real estate, facilities, devices and packaging, manufacturing technology and M&S digital activities across all global business units, sites and geographies

·Drive optimized ways of working across LEBI, Manufacturing and Supply, Global Procurement and Business Operations with an emphasis on standardization, simplification and digitization

·Represent Legal on Engineering Leadership Team and on various committees responsible for leading industrial network transformation and compliance

About you

·Proven experience overseeing and driving cross-functional projects to completion

·Extensive pharma legal experience supporting manufacturing and supply activities

·Solid experience in managing diverse teams across geographies

·Natural leader and influencer with relationship-building skills

·Entrepreneurial problem solver with strong business acumen

·Excellent judgment and commitment to ethical conduct

·Excellent communication skills

·Law degree with accredited law school
