The iShift Program is a strategic initiative aiming at harmonizing & simplifying ERP related business processes through the implementation of SAP latest technology (S/4 HANA).

The iShift Business Operations organization is based on five pillars: Transformation & Operational excellence, Change & Engagement office, Center of expertise, Project management, Key users Support stream.

As a Ishift Opex Controlling Process Expert, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Model Expert to implement Sanofi ERP Core Model and related systems. In this position, for his/her scope of responsibility, will be responsible to ensure Operating expenses Controlling process (commercial activities, Medical, R&D…)  Sanofi Core model is properly implemented whether in roll outs or in Business Value projects but also providing support for project tracking for CAPEX and M&S Controlling.

 Also, will capture, propose and evaluate improvements for the business processes under the scope of assigned, in close contact with GBPOs/GPLs, on Commercial controlling but also on transversal topics such as P2P, A2R, M&S Controlling, including new technologies like Gen AI and RPA.

This role is crucial in maintaining, improving, and innovating our ERP process infrastructure while ensuring alignment with business needs and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Sanofi ERP Opex Controlling Core Model Implementation:

• Implement the core processes defined by the GBPO/GPL for the scope of responsibility in the projects requested
• Will be responsible to deliver the workshops, capture gaps, propose mitigation plans and maintain the training materials
• Scope will include Roll Outs and Business Value Projects
• Maintain, improve, and simplify the existing ERP Core Model
• Propose developments aligned with company strategy and function objectives. These developments will include any technology fit to purpose like Gen AI and RPA, improving iShift and/or operational processes
• Drive innovation through continuous benchmarking and industry best practices
• Oversee functional ownership of Sanofi Operational Roles (SOR)

Controlling Process and Control Management:

• Support internal control initiatives related to ERP systems
• Manage and activate the Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) and Business Process Leader (BPL) network
• Ensure compliance with Design Authority standards and manage AMS Change Control processes

Controlling Value Realization and Quality Assurance:

   - Drive value realization initiatives related to ERP systems

   - Update and maintain training materials for ERP users

Controlling functions Business Relationship Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Hub regular activities
• Manage relationships with live countries using Business Value Projects (BVP)
• Coordinate with stakeholders for new business model implementations

Project Management:

• Oversee the implementation of new business models within the ERP ecosystem
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications/Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably with a focus on core model management
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership

Additional Valuated Qualifications/Competencies:

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Certifications in project management or ERP systems
